Chuck Oltman has over two decades of experience in project development and management within the construction industry. Oltman served as the Director Of Project Development at The Haskell Company from February 2018 to September 2023 and held the position of Vice President/Regional Manager at Ledcor Construction for a decade, from January 2008 to January 2018. Currently, Oltman is the Business Unit Leader for Food and Beverage at Gray since June 2023. Previous roles include Vice President at AECOM from January 1999 to November 2008 and a Vice President position at Ledcor. Oltman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from Western Washington University between 1979 and 1984.
