Corey Springman

Corey Springman has a strong background in operations management and project management within the steel industry. Corey began their career at Core Furnace Systems, Inc. as a Construction/Commissioning Manager and worked there for over 11 years. Corey then joined Thyssenkrupp Steel USA as a Team Manager for Slab Yard and Furnaces, before being promoted to Area Manager for the same department. Corey gained extensive experience in reheat furnace design, construction, and commissioning during their time at Thyssenkrupp. In 2014, Corey joined AM/NS Calvert as an Area Manager for HSM Slab Yard and Reheat Furnaces, where they were responsible for hiring and training a team of 60 personnel. Corey also managed the construction and commissioning of various steel and power facilities. Corey later joined Tenaris as a Maintenance Engineering Expert and then transitioned to the role of Industrial Operations Construction Manager. Currently, Corey works at Gray as an MEP Project Manager.

From 1987 to 1992, Corey Springman pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering at Purdue University Northwest.
