David Crickard has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. David began their career as a Squad Leader in the United States Marine Corps, where they achieved the rank of Sergeant and was responsible for the training and welfare of a team. After their military service, they worked as an Architectural Technician at EOP Architects, where they focused on the design and production of construction documents for various industries. David then moved on to Taylor Whitney Architects Inc, where they continued their work as an Architectural Technician, primarily in university settings.

David's experience in the architectural field continued at Terry Simmons Architects INC., where they served as a Senior Architectural Technician. Here, they were the sole draftsman for the company, primarily designing churches and producing construction documents. David later joined Gray as an Architectural & Engineering Technician, working on large-scale projects in diverse industries such as automotive, manufacturing, distribution, and nonprofit. David's responsibilities included producing construction documents, creating floor plans, elevations, and building sections.

At Gray, David also worked as an Assistant Project Manager, assisting in managing projects from start to finish. David'stasks included scheduling, estimating, budgeting, reporting, attending jobsite meetings, conducting research, and negotiating prices with subcontractors and vendors. Additionally, they managed project budgets, progress reports, and billing statements.

Currently, David is working as a Construction Project Manager at Gray, where they coordinate the activities of subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and customers. David monitors the financial status of projects, handles subcontract and contract administration, and ensures that construction progresses according to the schedule.

Throughout their career, David has demonstrated expertise in drafting, construction document production, project management, and leadership.

David Crickard attended the Cabell County Career Technology Center, where they pursued an Associate's degree in CAD/CADD Drafting and/or Design Technology/Technician. David also studied at Huntington East H.S., but there is no information regarding a degree or field of study at this institution.
