Drew Romans has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Drew began their career as a Maintenance Mechanic at Nucor Steel Gallatin in 2006, where they worked until 2010. After that, they joined Harmon Construction, Inc as a Project Manager from 2010 to 2012. In 2012, Romans joined Gray and has since held various positions, including Project Engineer (2012-2013), Assistant Project Manager (2013-2015), Project Manager (2015-2018), and Senior Project Manager (2018-2020). Most recently, they served as the Regional Manager of the Southeast Office (2020-2022) before assuming their current role as Vice President of Manufacturing at Gray.
Drew Romans obtained a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Western Kentucky University. Drew pursued this program from 2005 to 2010.
