Dustin Harper

Dustin Harper has over 15 years of experience in construction management. Dustin began their career with Fluor Government Group in 2004, where they quickly advanced to positions of increasing responsibility. In this role, they oversaw subcontractors and collaborated with the US Core of Engineers on various construction projects for government and military clients. In 2006, Harper joined Kraft Construction Company as a Superintendent, where they coordinated interior fit-outs for condo developments and ensured projects were completed on time and within budget. Dustin then joined EMJ Corporation in 2007 as a Superintendent, managing teams of subcontractors and direct employees in the construction of various commercial projects. Harper delivered these projects ahead of schedule and under budget. In 2009, they transitioned to Fluor Corporation, serving as a Craft Specialist III/ AO Construction Superintendent. In this role, they managed multiple large-scale construction projects at military bases in Afghanistan, overseeing budgets, schedules, materials, tools, and up to 120 employees and subcontractors. Harper also acted as the public face of the Construction Department, handling all communications with clients, customers, and military command. In 2014, Harper joined Tenaris as a Construction Coordinator, responsible for coordinating construction activities and ensuring projects were completed on time. Finally, in 2016, Harper joined Gray Construction as a Site Manager 2.

Dustin Harper pursued their education in Fine and Studio Arts, obtaining a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. From 1997 to 2001, they attended SAM HOUSTON STATE UNIVERSITY, where they completed their first Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA). Following this, they furthered their studies at The University of Texas at San Antonio from 2001 to 2003, earning a second Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. Throughout their educational journey, Dustin focused on developing their skills and knowledge in the field of Fine and Studio Arts.
