Emma Kirschler

Emma Kirschler has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. Emma started their career as a Human Resources Intern at CMI Consulting, LLC in May 2018 and worked there until June 2019. Emma then joined Associations International in July 2019 as an HR Generalist Intern and later became a full-time Human Resources Generalist in December 2019. Emma worked at Associations International until May 2020. Following that, Emma joined Valvoline Inc. as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in June 2020 and stayed with the company until April 2021. Emma then moved on to Tempur Sealy International, where they worked as a Recruiting Coordinator from April 2021 to September 2021. Currently, Emma is working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Gray, starting in October 2021.

Emma Kirschler completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Eastern Kentucky University. Emma attended the university from 2016 to 2019. In addition to their degree, Emma obtained the certification of Certified Predictive Index Practitioner from The Predictive Index in June 2021.
