Eric Clara

Eric Clara is an experienced construction professional currently serving as the Manager of Pre-Construction Services at Gray since February 2017, having progressed through roles including Assistant Manager, Estimator, and Assistant Estimator. With a focus on the Industrial/Entertainment Department, expertise includes higher education, manufacturing, distribution, tenant improvement, and theme park construction, responsible for generating estimates, proposals, and updating construction unit costs. Prior to Gray, Eric served as a Project Estimator at SERVCO Builders, where responsibilities encompassed generating estimates for commercial office projects and coordinating bid processes. Earlier experiences include research assistant roles at California State University, Fullerton, where data collection, statistical analysis, and seminar organization took place, alongside an internship at Crittenton Services of Southern California focused on case management and support for foster care clients. Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton.
