Erick Nicholas

Erick Nicholas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Erick started their career at Chick-fil-A-Franchise in 2015, where they served as a Senior Team Leader in Operations & Strategy until 2019. In 2018, they joined Genesis Water Technologies, Inc. as a Business Management and Operations Intern, gaining exposure to various aspects of project management. Erick then moved to Gray in 2019, starting as an Office Engineer for a few months before transitioning to the role of Project Engineer. Erick was later promoted to Assistant Project Manager and, currently, serves as a Project Manager.

Erick Nicholas completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Erick attended this institution from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management at Mitchell Community College from 2015 to 2017.
