Greg Aleksandrowski

Greg Aleksandrowski has work experience spanning over several companies and roles.

Starting in 2004, they worked as an Operations Representative at The TDL Group until 2006.

From 2006 to 2008, they were a Recruiter at Roevin Technical People Ltd.

In 2008, Greg joined HEC Group - Windsor Office as a Project Manager/Recruiter. Greg worked there until 2015, during which they represented the company in identifying, locating, and evaluating strong Engineering, Management, and Technical Professionals.

In 2015, they advanced to the role of Senior Project Manager at HEC Group, where they provided innovative recruiting solutions to ensure the best fit for clients and candidates. Their work involved identifying and qualifying the best candidates who fit the clients' specific culture and contributed to their ROI.

In 2017, Greg transitioned to Continental as a Talent Acquisition Specialist until 2018.

Since 2018, they have been working at Gray, first as a Corporate Recruiter until 2023, and then as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Greg Aleksandrowski attended Brock University from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics. Following their undergraduate studies, they enrolled at Sheridan College in 2003 and completed a Post Graduate program in Human Resources Management in 2004.
