James Carr has a diverse work experience in graphic design and production management. James began their career as a Production Manager at The Morehead News Group, where they oversaw the Composing department and assisted with ad design and pagination. James then worked as a Senior Graphic Designer at Forcht Group of Kentucky, designing products for various companies within the organization. At UK HealthCare, they served as a Senior Graphic Designer in the Corporate Communications team, creating visual presentations to promote the organization's brand and vision. James later joined Big Ass Fans as a Graphic Designer before becoming a Manager of Graphic Design at Gray. Overall, James has demonstrated expertise in print and digital design, brand campaigns, and employee engagement.

James Carr attended Morehead State University from 2004 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Graphic Design.
