James Johnson

James Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. James began their career in 2000 as a Manager at McDonald's Corporation, where they worked for four years. In 2006, they joined Bluegrass Integrated Communications as a Machine Mail Inserter and stayed with the company for eight years. Since 2014, they have been working at Gray, starting as an Intern IT Help Desk and progressively advancing to roles such as IT Technician I, IT Technician II, Desktop Support Analyst, and currently, Information Security Analyst.

James Johnson attended ITT Technical Institute-Lexington from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Network and System Administration/Administrator. In addition to their degree, James also holds additional certifications. In February 2017, they obtained the ITIL Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice. Most recently, in April 2022, James achieved the Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals certification from Microsoft.
