Jesse Brown

Jesse Brown has a diverse work experience in the field of IT.

Jesse worked at Gray as an IT Field Support Specialist, supporting the IT needs of over 400 jobsite staff across the country. They were responsible for planning and configuring office trailer networks, managing a large number of iPads using MDM, and integrating auditing software and iOS app with safety and quality management.

Prior to that, Jesse worked at Pomeroy as a Network Analyst, where they provided hardware and software support to more than 800 users. They resolved various hardware, software, printer, and network issues and actively participated in imaging and deploying new hardware. They also managed a high volume of incident tickets while maintaining excellent customer service.
