Katherine Bowen, AIA, NCARB, currently serves as Director of AE Services at Gray since March 2024. Prior to this role, Katherine held the position of Vice President of Design & Construction at Shelton McNally Real Estate Partners from May 2021 to December 2023, managing projects such as Novo Hickory Highlands and The Flats at Laurel and Pine. Katherine's previous experience includes Development Manager at The Loudermilk Companies, where notable projects included The Thompson Buckhead and The Charles, and Associate at tvsdesign, contributing to high-profile projects like the Atlanta United Training Ground. Katherine's academic background includes two degrees from the Georgia Institute of Technology, with a Master of Architecture obtained in 2011 and a Bachelor of Architecture & Science completed in 2006.
