Kyle Pettersen

Kyle Pettersen is an experienced Project Manager currently employed at Gray since April 2024. Prior to this, Kyle held Project Manager positions at Ryan General Contractors from April 2023 to January 2024, and Avara Construction from December 2022 to April 2023. Earlier career stages involved positions such as Assistant Project Manager at Emerald Aire Inc, Mechanical Coordinator at Modern Construction Services, and various roles at CBRE, culminating in significant project coordination and facilities management experience. Kyle began the professional journey as a General Laborer at Century Construction. With a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Washington State University, Kyle has developed a robust skill set in construction project management, vendor coordination, and quality control.
