Lathan Kiser

Lathan Kiser, MS, MBA, is a dedicated project engineer at Gray since 2024. With a background in construction management and sustainable building design, they have gained diverse experience through roles at Hartgrove Lawncare, PennEngineering®, and Frank L. Blum Construction Company. Lathan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Appalachian State University. They have effectively balanced multiple responsibilities during their academic journey, including navigating the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic.
