Matthew Hallowell

Matthew Hallowell is a seasoned professional in the field of project management and estimation with extensive experience in the HVAC and engineering sectors. Currently serving as an MEP Pre-con Estimator and Project Manager at Gray since August 2023, Matthew is responsible for analyzing data and blueprints to prepare detailed cost estimates. Previously, as an Engineering Specialist III at Schneider Electric, Matthew focused on estimating HVAC controls projects valued from $50,000 to several million dollars, utilizing advanced Excel tools. Matthew has also held the position of Project Manager at ES2, where responsibilities included managing project controls and mitigating risks, and at Trane, where duties encompassed project management, engineering, programming, and installation. Matthew holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Ashford University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Technologies from Devry University.
