Melissa Burgess, PMP, is a Senior Project Manager MEP at Gray as of 2024, with extensive experience in project management and engineering. Previously, they served as a Divisional Customer Quality Engineer at Intel and a Program Manager at nLight Photonics, where they managed complex projects and developed innovative solutions. As the Operations Manager of Kinetic Gymnastics Center from 2009 to 2017, they oversaw all aspects of business operations and coaching. Melissa has also held senior positions at JE Dunn Construction and SSOE Group, contributing significantly to semiconductor and data center projects. They earned both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Management and Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University.
