Mike Schwenk

Mike Schwenk has extensive experience in facilities management and service coordination. Since 2000, Mike has served as the Regional Service Coordinator for Gray Construction, contributing to the Service Team's operations. Prior to this role, Mike directed facilities at Sayre Apartments from 1991 to 2000, overseeing maintenance operations within a retirement community. Academically, Mike holds an MBA in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor of Science in Intercultural Studies from Asbury University.
