Richard Devore

Richard DeVore has extensive work experience, starting with their current role as Project Manager - Technical Proposals at Gray since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Corning Incorporated from 2011 to 2021. In this company, they held various positions including Quality Engineerint Department Head, where they led the Glass Technology Lab and Metrology Engineering, and was responsible for measuring the chemistry and physical attributes of raw materials and glass products. Richard also served as Quality Programs Manager, managing Six Sigma and Quality Culture programs to promote continuous improvement projects and achieved significant cost reduction and product defect reduction targets. Additionally, Richard served as Process Engineering Department Head and Measurements, Controls and Equipment Engineering Department Head, where they developed strategies and provided guidance on technology and capability to plant management. Before joining Corning Incorporated, Richard held positions at ITT Water & Wastewater and also worked at Corning Incorporated as a Contract Trades Team Leader and Manufacturing Engineer.

Richard DeVore attended the University of North Florida from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
