Taylor Bowling has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. They started their career as a Civil Engineer Intern at the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet in 2013. In 2014, they worked as a Project Engineer Intern at Messer Construction Co., where they were involved in various construction projects, including the construction of an Academic and Support Building at Nashville State Community College and a LEED certified Humanities Building at Volunteer State Community College. They then worked as a Lab Technician at Western Kentucky University from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, Taylor joined Gray as a Project Engineer, and their roles evolved over time, including Assistant Site Manager, Site Manager, and Assistant Project Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Project Manager at Gray. Their responsibilities include project management, assisting in developing scopes of work, executing project schedules, reviewing drawings, coordinating materials procurement, and managing document control.

Taylor Bowling attended Western Kentucky University from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a degree in Civil Engineering. In addition to their degree, Taylor received certifications in 30-Hour Construction Safety and Health from OSHA 30 in January 2017, as well as an ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician - Grade 1 certification from the American Concrete Institute in November 2014.
