Troy Woodard

Troy Woodard has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In recent years, they have worked for Gray as a Project Integration Manager, overseeing multiple projects in different industries to ensure food safety and delivering innovative capital solutions. Prior to that, they worked as a Domestic Engineer at BaseCamp, focusing on personal growth and providing essential life services. Troy also worked as a Project Manager at Mead & Hunt, managing cross-discipline project teams and leading projects from ideation to construction. Additionally, Troy has experience as a Project Manager at Cavadeas Engineering Company, coordinating plant improvements and focusing on air quality projects for the lumber industry. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Project Management Specialist and Senior Industrial Design Engineer at Epstein Architecture, Engineering and Construction, customizing services and finding site solutions for clients. Troy also had internships as an Industrial Engineer at Oshkosh Truck Corporation and as a Technical Intern at the Institute of Tribology and Coatings and Falex Tribology. Additionally, Troy served as a Team Manager at Milwaukee School of Engineering and as a Student Ambassador at Waubonsee Community College.

Troy Woodard completed their high school education at Marmion Academy from 1999 to 2003. Following this, they attended Waubonsee Community College from 2003 to 2005, where they pursued an Associate in Science degree with a focus on Math, Science, and Engineering. Finally, from 2005 to 2008, Troy attended the Milwaukee School of Engineering, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering.
