Tyler Dixon

Tyler Dixon is a results-driven construction management professional currently serving as a QA/QC Manager at Yates Construction. With a background in Concrete Industry Management and Business Administration, Tyler has expertise in quality control, project coordination, and team leadership, particularly in mission-critical environments. Previously, Tyler worked as an MEP Quality Engineer at Gray and held roles as a Production & Quality Associate at Clemons Concrete Coatings and a Shift Supervisor at UPS. Tyler has also actively contributed to the Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity as the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, promoting knowledge of diversity-related issues and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. Tyler earned a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Middle Tennessee State University in 2024.
