Will B.

Will B. has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Will started their career in 2001 as a Site Associate at Matthews Construction. Will then joined Wells Fargo in 2002 as a Commercial Insurance professional, where they handled various insurance-related tasks. In 2004, Will joined State Farm as a Sales Specialist before transitioning to Charles & Vinzant in 2006 as a Project Manager / Estimator.

In 2010, Will joined Gray as a Project Manager, and later took on the role of Senior Project Manager in 2016. During their tenure at Gray, they managed enterprise project cost reporting, subcontractor pre-qualification, and contracts administration programs. Will also implemented new technologies, revised work processes, and developed educational materials and training programs. Will's leadership skills were recognized at the Project Management Association (PMA) where they served as the President from 2020 to 2023.

Will B. obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of the Cumberlands in 2021.
