Bob Grayson is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in overseeing customer service and operational excellence across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the Zone Service Center Manager at Graybar since November 2019, Bob focuses on delivering high-quality customer experiences and managing the North East Service Center's operations.
