Chrystle Walker

Chrystle Walker has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the retail industry. Chrystle currently works at Graybar as a Lead District Administrator, where they have been since 2017. Prior to this, they held roles such as District Administrator and Branch Administrator at Graybar.

Before joining Graybar, Chrystle worked at Erdos at Home previously IO Metro from 2015 to 2017 as the Visual Merchandise & Operations Manager of all Stores. Chrystle was responsible for overseeing 13 stores, working closely with the CEO, and training team members in sales, operations, performance management, and visual presentations.

From 2014 to 2015, Chrystle was a Store Manager at I.O. Metro, where they focused on driving top-line sales, enhancing customer service, managing operations, and implementing visual presentations. Additionally, they actively promoted in-home sales through networking and utilized social media to drive store traffic.

From 2012 to 2014, Chrystle worked as a Sales and Service/Operations Manager at West Elm. Chrystle successfully increased sales, cultivated strong teams, and drove in-home sales.

Between 2002 and 2012, Chrystle held the position of Assistant General Manager of Operations and Softlines at The Great Indoors. Chrystle collaborated with the Store General Manager, managed a large team of associates, analyzed sales and productivity, and enhanced the customer shopping experience.

Chrystle's earlier experience includes working as a Store General Manager at Linens N Things from 1997 to 2002. In this role, they were responsible for managing all aspects of the store, including revenue growth, inventory control, talent recruitment and development, and merchandise presentations.

Chrystle began their career at Millers Outpost in 1992 as an Assistant General Manager, where they gained experience in store management, visual merchandising, and staff training and development.

Chrystle Walker attended Yucca Valley High School from 1987 to 1991. Chrystle then enrolled at Copper Mountain Community College from 1992 to 1994, where they studied Liberal Arts and Sciences with a focus on Computer Science. Later, they attended Skyline College from 1995 to 1996, also studying Liberal Arts and Sciences with a focus on Computer Science.
