Jeff Steely

Jeff Steely, SPHR, has extensive experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as the Director of Talent Management at Graybar since December 2016. In this role, Jeff leads HR strategy for an employee-owned distributor with $12 billion in revenue. Prior positions include Director of Human Capital Strategy at FORCE America, Director of Human Resources at Osceola Medical Center, and Human Resources Manager at RR Donnelley, among others. With a solid foundation in human resources dating back to 1985, Jeff has held roles in various industries, including distribution, healthcare, and restaurant franchises. Educational credentials include a B.S. in Human Resources Management from Marquette University and a Mini MBA from the University of St. Thomas.
