Melissa Jaeger

Melissa Jaeger is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as an Incentive Plans Specialist and Leave of Absence Specialist at Graybar since March 2021. Prior to this role, Melissa worked as an HR Coordinator at Club Fitness, where responsibilities included managing time away from work, ensuring compliance with regulations, and facilitating onboarding processes. Melissa's background also includes significant experience at Bradley University as a Residence Hall Director, where management of a large resident community and recruitment efforts were key functions. Additionally, as a Principal Investigator, Melissa gained expertise in data reporting and compliance with research regulations. A recipient of the Psi Chi Undergraduate Research Grant and Bradley Summer Fellowship Grant, Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Political Science with a minor in Ethics from Bradley University.
