Bess Meade is a Portland-based UX designer, strategist, and researcher with a fascination for the intersection of culture, psychology, and technology. From 2014 to 2017, Bess served as a graphic designer at the Atlanta History Center, managing digital design projects and public program advertisements. Bess later co-chaired the Party With the Past program, enhancing community outreach through engaging historical events from 2016 to 2017. Their career continued with roles at ITZonTarget as the Manager of Digital Design and at Roboboogie as a strategic designer, with a current position as a Senior UX/UI Designer at GRAYBOX since 2025. Bess holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Georgia State University and a Master's degree in User Experience from the Maryland Institute College of Art.
