Jonathan Whaley

Jonathan Whaley MBA has a diverse work experience. Jonathan is currently working as a Client Portfolio Director at Grayce, where they support the team of Client Partners in delivering transformation programs using emerging talent. Jonathan is also responsible for improving the support to analysts and clients and enhancing the operating model.

Prior to Grayce, Jonathan worked at Beazley as Chief of Staff - IT & Data, where they handled a wide range of outcomes for the IT & Data functions and oversaw the success of the leadership teams. Jonathan also served as an HR Business Partner, supporting various functions and providing talent management support.

Jonathan's earlier experience includes working at PwC as an Internal Mobility Team Leader, where they ran a project focused on retaining Senior Associates. Jonathan recruited and developed a diverse team, organized educational webinars, and implemented process improvements.

Before that, Jonathan worked at Michael Page as a Manager/Senior Consultant/Consultant, managing a team that placed candidates in Financial and Professional Services businesses.

Jonathan started their career at Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Branch Manager, where they achieved exceptional results and was recognized as the number one branch in Europe.

Throughout their career, Jonathan has demonstrated strong leadership skills and the ability to successfully support and drive organizational growth and transformation.

Jonathan Whaley MBA completed an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Hult Ashridge, from 2020 to 2023. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in French, Business, and Management from The University of Manchester, from 2003 to 2007. Before their undergraduate studies, Jonathan attended Secondary Education at Royal Grammar School High Wycombe from 1996 to 2002. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications in "Creating Your IT Strategy" and "Data Strategy" from LinkedIn in March 2022.
