Josh Dowling

Josh Dowling is an experienced Delivery Manager at GRAYCE since January 2023, previously serving as a Technical Development Manager at QA Ltd from August 2021 to January 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing nearly 100 consultants and their career progression through customized CPD schedules. Prior to this, Josh held the position of Senior Professional Development Coordinator at QA Consulting from December 2018 to August 2021, coordinating the deployment of over 150 consultants and managing up to 250 consultants within the organization. Additional roles include Academy Trainer and Technical Consultant. Josh began a career in business development as a Business Development Specialist at Mvision Events in 2018. Josh holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Bradford, attained between 2014 and 2018.
