Melissa Burke has a diverse work experience, having started their career in 2014. Melissa began at AstraZeneca as a PMO, handling key activities like RAID, Finances, Change Management, and Planning. Melissa then became a Programme Integration Manager, overseeing a large CAPEX programme for a new pharmaceutical production plant. After that, they took on the role of Project Manager, responsible for a $40M engineering project involving the delivery of sterile engineering equipment. In 2017, Melissa joined GRAYCE as a Senior Project Analyst, supporting various change, data, and technology roles. Melissa later became the National Delivery Manager, mentoring and managing Grayce analysts. Melissa's most recent roles include Infrastructure and Operations Director, Transformation Director, and currently, Chief Customer Officer (CCO) at GRAYCE.
Melissa Burke obtained a Bachelor's Degree in BA Geography from the University of Liverpool, where they studied from 2011 to 2014.
