Danika Mills

Danika Mills is a clinically trained digital and public health leader currently serving as the Head of Care Operations at Grayce. They have held leadership roles at Unite Us and Coordinated Behavioral Care, where they improved care for thousands of Medicaid beneficiaries through innovative health models and partnerships. Danika is also the Founder of Mission Catalyst Consulting LLC and advises multiple organizations including Swishvo and Ounce of Care. They are pursuing degrees in Art Therapy, Social Work, and Art Psychology while also focusing on executive leadership in not-for-profits.
