Robert Cote, CSP, serves as the Director of Safety at Graycor, a position held since 2018. With prior experience as the Safety Director at Gilbane Building Company from 2001 to 2018, Cote managed various safety programs and initiatives. Earlier roles include Safety Coordinator at Power Construction (1995-2001) and Environment Health Safety Manager at DynCorp International (1994), where Cote developed critical safety procedures and training programs. Cote began their career as an Environmental Specialist at ITT Avionics (1994-1995) and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety at Illinois State University.
