Jessica Swanson

Jessica Swanson has a diverse background in employee and customer experience coordination, currently serving as an Employee Experience Coordinator and Customer Experience Coordinator at Graydaze Contracting, Inc. since June 2022. Previously, Jessica was a Manager at Royal Flush Plumbing and held the position of Athletic Coordinator at Cherokee Recreation and Parks Agency. Early career experience includes event coordination at Legacy Event Management and a graduate assistantship in Women's Softball at Georgia State Athletics. Jessica also volunteered for the ACC Men's Swimming Championship in 2017. Academically, Jessica earned a Master of Science in Sport Administration from Georgia State University, following a Bachelor of Business Administration in Managerial Sciences from the same institution.
