Bethany Pearson's work experience begins in 2009 as an Account Coordinator at Ketchum Pleon, where they worked on food and lifestyle accounts. Bethany then progressed to become an Account Executive and later a Senior Account Executive, working with various clients including Baileys, Premier Foods, and Philips. In 2012, they joined Frank PR as an Account Manager, managing the UK press offices for consumer clients such as Hotels.com and Foot Locker. From 2013 to 2019, Bethany worked at freuds, starting as an Account Manager and eventually becoming an Associate Director, leading the Influence and Behaviour Change hub. During their time at freuds, they worked with clients such as Public Health England, The Mayor of London's #LondonIsOpen campaign, and The Estée Lauder Companies UK Breast Cancer Campaign. In 2019, they joined Grayling as the Director, Head of Birmingham, overseeing PR activities in the Midlands. In 2022, they founded PR Mums, a recruitment business focused on supporting women and parents in the PR industry. Bethany's experience showcases their expertise in PR, management, and leadership roles.

Bethany Pearson attended King Henry VIII in Coventry from 1999 to 2006. Bethany did not pursue a degree or have a specific field of study at this institution. Later, from 2006 to 2009, they attended Loughborough University where they earned a BA Hons degree in Drama.
