Katarzyna W. has diverse work experience in the fields of public relations, research, and account management. Katarzyna started their career in 2016 as a Junior Account Executive at Partner of Promotion. In 2017, they worked as a Member of the Research Project at Polska Akademia Nauk before taking a career break to travel the world from November 2017 to June 2018. After their career break, they joined Grayling in 2018 and held various roles including Account Executive, Senior Account Executive, and currently, Account Manager since April 2021.

Katarzyna W. has a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Warsaw. Katarzyna also holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology from the same university. Additionally, Katarzyna has participated in the Erasmus program at the Université catholique de Louvain, where they focused on Psychology.
