Ross McWilliams

Ross McWilliams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public relations and public service. Currently serving as a Director at Grayling since April 2022, Ross has held multiple leadership roles including Associate Director and Senior Account Director. Previous positions include Cabinet Member and Councillor at the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead from December 2014 to May 2023, and Account Director at both BECG and Four Communications. Ross also contributed as a Non-Executive Board Member for Housing Solutions and worked as a Senior Parliamentary Researcher and Parliamentary Researcher at the House of Commons.
