Mark Gray is the founder and CEO of graylink, a South African recruitment software company helping mid-to-enterprise organisations simplify complex hiring. For more than two decades he has led software and go-to-market teams to build automation-first platforms - such as Neptune and txthr - that enable faster, fairer, and more efficient recruitment at scale. Mark also leads Conexus, a configurable B2B marketplace platform for sourcing, screening and managing supply-side partners across use cases from procurement to volunteering. Based in Cape Town, he is a product-minded operator known for customer-centred design, secure cloud delivery and measurable outcomes.
