Edward Marrufo has a diverse work experience, beginning with a Tester 1 role at Best Buy/Dealtree in 2008. In 2011, they moved to AT&T / Pinnacle as a U-Verse Tier 2 Technical Support Supervisor/Assistant Manager. In 2014, they joined V&A as an Investigator/IT support. In 2019, they started working at Presto as a Support Team Lead, where they developed automation tools with Python and PowerShell, established and documented operating processes, developed training manuals, and trained agents. Edward also monitored usage, error alerts, and handled issues within SLAs. Finally, in 2021, they joined Graylog, Inc. as a Support Engineer.
Edward Marrufo earned an Associate of Science in Environmental Science from Collin College between 2008 and 2011.
