Joel Duffield has worked in a variety of roles in the IT industry since 2003. Joel began their career as a Support Technician at Near North Business Machines in 2003. In 2007, they moved to Click Fix Technologies in the same role. In 2009, they joined the Town of Huntsville as a Network and Server Administrator, and later became Manager of Information Technology and IT and Systems Coordinator (Library). In 2010, they took on a Sales Associate (Part Time) role at The Source. In 2020, they joined PreSales Collective as a Member and Vidyard as a Solutions Consultant. Joel was later promoted to Lead, Solutions Consulting and Manager, Solutions Consulting. In 2022, they started working as a Solutions Engineer at Graylog, Inc.
Joel Duffield started their educational journey in 2006 when they attended Durham College and obtained a Help Desk Analyst degree with a focus on Networking and Computers. In 2010, they continued their education at Centennial College and completed the Cisco Networking Academy. In 2015, they enrolled in the Future Ready Leadership Program at Mohawk College Enterprise. In February 2022, Joel obtained a Pre-Sales / Solutions Engineering Certification from Sales Assembly.
