Ryan Carroll

Ryan Carroll has worked as a Software Engineer for Graylog, Inc. since 2022. Previously, they were a Cyber Warfare Operator and Meteorological Analyst for the Air National Guard from 2013-2018. During this time, they analyzed, forecast, and disseminated weather data for missions and base area of operations, briefed unit commanders and pilots about mission specific meteorological conditions and hazards, and maintained, serviced, and troubleshot meteorological equipment and software. From 2018-2022, they worked as a Software Engineer II for Altron, Inc. and as a Software Engineer for Mitratech from 2017-2018.

Ryan Carroll obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin between 2010 and 2017. Ryan also obtained a number of certifications, including Oracle Certified Associate, Java SE 8 Programmer in January 2017, CompTIA Security+ ce Certification in July 2020, GIAC Defending Advanced Threats (GDAT) in December 2021, GIAC Certified Detection Analyst (GCDA) in November 2021, and GIAC Certified Forensics Analyst (GCFA) in May 2021.
