Taylor Raper

Taylor Raper, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Talent Partner at GrayMatter since April 2022. Prior to this role, Taylor gained extensive experience as an HR Generalist at CONTECH CONTROL SERVICES from April 2019 to April 2022, and as an Inside Sales Associate at Enhanced Electrical Sales from October 2017 to April 2019. Earlier work included a position as a Billing & Commission Specialist at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company from January 2017 to September 2017, as well as internships in the Human Resources Department at College Station ISD and Texas Aggieland Bookstore. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from Texas A&M University, completed in 2017.
