Craig Salm

Craig Salm is the VP of Legal at Grayscale. Prior to joining Grayscale, Craig worked at the Blockchain Association, Crypto Ratings Council, and Grayscale Investments. Before their work in the blockchain industry, Craig worked as a corporate associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, where they represented issuers and private equity sponsors in corporate finance transactions and advised on securities law and corporate governance matters.

Craig Salm received their Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Cardozo School of Law, specializing in intellectual property law. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) at the University of Michigan in brain, behavior & cognitive science. Craig also holds certification from FINRA in Series 24, 63, and 7.
