Maxwell Rosenthal

Maxwell Rosenthal serves as the Chief People Officer at Grayscale Investments since July 2025 and holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Inwood Academy for Leadership Charter School. Prior experience includes significant roles at Citadel from December 2019 to July 2025, where Maxwell led teams in people operations and learning and development within global credit and fixed income sectors. Prior to Citadel, Maxwell worked as a Senior Employee Relations Partner at Bridgewater Associates and as a Labor & Employment Attorney at Fox Television Stations. Maxwell began the legal career as an Employment Attorney at Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP and as a Litigation Attorney at Stiefel Cohen & Foote LLC. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law, a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Maryland, and recent studies towards a Professional Certification in Executive Coaching at New York University.
