Cole Gillum has a diverse work experience, starting in 2013 as a Landman Intern at Continental Land Resources, LLC. In 2015, they worked as a Sous Chef at Cooking Studio Taos until September. From April 2016 to April 2017, they were a Chef De Partie at Lincoln Ristorante. Cole then joined Restaurant Eugene as a Sous Chef from May 2017 to June 2018. Following that, from December 2018 to March 2020, Cole worked as a Sous Chef at Porch Light Latin Kitchen. Most recently, starting in August 2021, they are employed as a Customer Success Manager at Grayscale.
Cole Gillum attended Colorado College from 2010 to 2014, where they studied Comparative Literature and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. In 2015, they enrolled at the International Culinary Center, completing a program in Culinary Arts/Chef Training and receiving an associate degree in 2016.
