Matthew Hateley

Matthew Hateley is the Head of European Sales & Marketing at Grayson Thermal Systems, where they are responsible for strategic growth in the European market. They manage OEM and aftermarket divisional sales teams, set and achieve budget targets, and develop long-term business strategies. Matthew began their professional career after graduating with a BSc Hons in Building Surveying from Birmingham City University and gained Chartered Membership in the RICS while working at GVA UK. They re-joined Grayson Thermal Systems in 2014, progressing from European Business Development Manager to European Sales Manager before taking on their current role in 2022.
