Mark Robinson is an accomplished Executive Chef currently leading the culinary team at Graysons since 2024. With previous experience as the Head Chef and menu developer at Botannika from 2020 to 2021, and as Head Chef at Searcys at The Gherkin from 2021 to 2023, Mark has built a diverse portfolio in the hospitality industry. Prior to these roles, Mark served as Head Chef at CH&CO from 2012 to 2017 and at Vacherin from 2017 to 2020. Additionally, Mark currently works as a Project Development Manager at Sprites since 2021.
