Alex Marshall is an accomplished professional in the field of land development, currently serving as Vice President of Development at Graywood Developments since June 2021, after previously holding the position of Director, Development. Prior experience includes the role of Development Manager at Pinnacle International Realty Group from March 2016 to June 2021, where Alex led the approval process for complex mixed-use, high-rise developments in Toronto and Mississauga. As the Owner/Operator of a Private Land Development Consultancy from August 2014 to March 2016, Alex provided residential, commercial, and industrial development solutions, emphasizing subdivision design and urban planning. Earlier experience includes working as an Urban Planner at IBI Group from April 2011 to August 2015, handling stakeholder communications, project management, and various consulting assignments. Alex holds a Master of Science in International Real Estate from The University of Glasgow and a Bachelor of Environmental Studies with Honours in Planning from the University of Waterloo.
