Alexander Chan, CFA, is an experienced finance professional currently serving as a Senior Manager at Graywood since August 2023, specializing in asset management. Prior to this role, Alexander held the position of Portfolio Manager in the Pension Fund Investment Group at Canada Post / Postes Canada from March 2019 to June 2023. Earlier experience includes working as a Financial Analyst in Capital Markets Canada at Colliers International Canada from September 2016 to March 2019, and as an Analyst for the Real Estate Partners Fund at Vitality Capital Inc from October 2015 to August 2016. Alexander also gained experience as a Real Estate Analyst in Land Acquisitions at Tribute Communities during the summer of 2015. Alexander holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from Ryerson University.
