David Hamilton

David Hamilton is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in real estate development and asset management. As Chief Development Officer at Graywood Developments since 2013, David leads various initiatives in property development. Prior to this role, David served as SVP of Real Estate and Asset Management at Revera Inc. for 13 years, where expertise was applied to corporate capital restructuring, acquisitions, and the development of Long Term Care and Retirement homes. David's career also includes a 12-year tenure at Cadillac Fairview as a Senior Development Executive, where involvement in hotel, office, and retail property development was significant. David holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, York University, and a BASc in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
